People have been talking about this potentially happening for a while now, but now it seems like things are falling into place even faster. I get the impression from following and communicating with novus ordo conservatives and other trads still "with Rome" that people are really in a tizzy, especially since Ratzinger's letter upon Cardinal Meisner's funeral. It's beyond the normal grumbling about Bergoglio. If you look at the trad "celebrities" and what they're saying/tweeting, as well as what people are saying on sites like Facebook, it's as if there's been a visible shift. Their tone somehow seems different. People seem to be despairing.
Maybe I'm reading too much into it. Is anyone else noticing this?

Schism is inevitable in the RR crowd...especially since they dismiss the sede opinion completely.

Well as trads we all disagree on a lot of stuff. The Novus Ordites might as well have their little schism too.

I don't think they have the stomach to do what it takes, and I think the Vatican Occupiers will take out or neutralize any opposition. However, laymen, yes absolutely. They will either give up the Faith or find a safe haven.
