In October, I mentioned that a church was purchased in Harmony, MN, and named Saint Joseph's Roman Catholic Chapel. Since November, Fr. Nino Molina (CMRI) has been having Mass for us there every Sunday, with Fr. Brendan Hughes (CMRI) filling in at times. Mass times are generally Sunday at 6PM, but may vary. Confessions are held 30 minutes prior to Mass. Our schedules right now usually only extend a few weeks out, and can be subject to change, especially considering that Fr. Molina and Fr. Hughes travel over 3 hours to get to Harmony from St. Cloud. If you're ever in the Southeastern MN area and would like to know specific Mass times, email info@saintjosephsofharmony.org. St. Joseph's is around 55 minutes south of Rochester, MN at 29968 County 22, Harmony, MN 55939. Just go 45 miles south on Hwy 52, take a right on County 22, then drive 2 miles and you're there. It's a very pretty drive.
On Monday, March 20, the Feast of St. Joseph (moved from the 19th due to it being a Sunday in Lent), Bp. Pivarunas will be consecrating Saint Joseph's . A specific time hasn't been set as of now, but I will post it when I find out. I imagine it will be in the afternoon, after the end of the work day.
In the last month a significant amount of work has been donated to increase the number of steps to the altar from two to five, along with painting the entire interior of the chapel, and making other substantial changes to the front, as you can see in the pictures below.
First, here is the original auction flier with some good exterior photos, and interior photos prior to any remodeling:
Now, here is a series of photos showing initial changes made from the above photos to what was just completed last weekend.
(communion rails to be added soon...)
Thank you, again, to all who offered up even the smallest prayer for this endeavor.
A special thank you to Immaculate Conception Church (CMRI) in St. Cloud, MN who has donated to us the magnificent large St. Joseph statue seen on the left of the altar.
There is also a very loving benefactor that has helped to make all of this happen from afar. Not only did he make the remodeling possible, but it would've been very difficult for us to have even acquired the church without his support. All he has asked in return is for our prayers. If you could, please say a prayer for him also.

The Prayer of St. Joseph
"O God, who in thine ineffable providence was pleased to choose blessed Joseph for the spouse of thy most holy Mother, grant we beseech thee, that we may be worthy to have him for our intercessor in heaven whom we venerate as our protector on earth. Who livest and reignest with God the Father in the unity of the Holy Ghost, God, world without end. Amen."
