Thank you for this Didymus.
Here is the English translation from Chatster:
Comment: Patriarch Sviatoslav, in my opinion, is trying to get out of this mess the easy way, by using a legal argument, rather than addressing the real problem, that such a blessing on unlawful relationships cannot exist in the Church, he finds a work around that allows him to both not obey and avoid a public confrontation with Francis.
I am happy he is not obeying and by that keeping the Ukrainian Catholics throughout the world free from this evil, so that is good, but it's a weak answer, and in my opinion, he knows this new blessing is evil. I hope when the time comes, and the eventual break happens, he will have the backbone to join with Catholics in denouncing Francis and electing a pope.

I went to the eastern rite for Divine Liturgy today and the priest during the sermon clearly and explicitly called this new document evil and said that a Catholic priest cannot bless evil.
He didn't use legalese like the quote from the Patriarch above, but took a public stand against this new evil practice. Good for him, and I hope more clergy will take a public stand. I have never heard this priest speak this way, so it shows me that more are waking up now that the evil is getting more blatant and aggressive.

I went to the SSPX yesterday and heard nothing about it, but it was Christmas day. Time to check out the local Eastern Rite.

Thank you for this Didymus. Here is the English translation from Chatster: Comment: Patriarch Sviatoslav, in my opinion, is trying to get out of this mess the easy way, by using a legal argument, rather than addressing the real problem, that such a blessing on unlawful relationships cannot exist in the Church, he finds a work around that allows him to both not obey and avoid a public confrontation with Francis. Another thought occurred to me in regards to Patriarch Sviatoslav's statement. I will reiterate that I am happy he is shielding his flock from this clearly evil practice, but at the time, his argument is weak and in my opinion cowardly to justify what he is doing. The only correct Catholic response to this is to call this out as evil, and reject it as such. If Francis ordered idols to be placed in every Church, clearly an evil practice, just as this practice of authorizing blessings to these types of couples who are in unrepentant mortal sin is, would the Patriarch just say, "that's a Latin rite issue, we won't use idols here as it's not part of our Byzantine tradition or separate law." This type of argument is an absurdity in either case. This idea of these types of blessings isn't Traditional at all in any rite, as it is the official authorization of an evil practice by the "pope," and such is impossible in the Church. It's not a "Latin rite" matter, it is evil, pure and simple and such an evil practice cannot ever authorized to be used in the Church. This time, ambiguity is no longer good enough to cloak it, and all that see it, except for those who are willfully blind see it is for what it is, evil, just as we also witnessed with the public veneration of idols in Rome, authorized by Francis not long ago.
