I read this letter to the editor and thought it was interesting. What do you think?

John Adams said that the U.S. Constitution "is made for a moral and upright people, it is wholly inadequate for the government of any other." So I ask you: Does the state dictate right and wrong, or does God? If God does, isn't it the church's responsibility to teach God's morals? If that is true, then how can we blame Washington for the demise of the Constitution? It seems to me that the church is responsible. The Constitution doesn't need to be changed via a constitutional convention. The Constitution is not the problem. The apostasy of the church is the problem. Why should Washington care about God's law, when the church doesn't? Republicans don't make a nation great; Democrats don't make a nation great; godliness makes a nation great. As long as the church is antinomian, and apostate, it doesn't matter who is president."

If you don't take the Mother of God's advice and pray the Rosary everyday to bring peace to your world, nation and family and your eternal salvation, what advice can I possibly give you?

	To hold the office of Pope is vacant due to heresy or death is utterly Catholic and within the Churchs teachings....to hold a dead man or heretic can hold the office is insanity and not Catholic at all ANON

maryveronica: Who has read "The Book of Destiny" by Herman Bernard F. Leonard Kramer? It is a commentary on the Book of Revelation written in 1956. I had never read a Catholic viewpoint and my priest said it was approved to read. I highly recommend it. Aug 19, 2024 13:40:26 GMT -5
