We use soy sauce (Tamari or liquid aminos work too), curry paste, sesame oil, a dash of fish sauce, broth, shredded chicken if we have it, and green onions. Some of the kids and I like it with Sriracha too. I use about 1/4 of the spice packet if doing it plain, but you can always use chicken broth and a bit of water to stretch it. Ramen on isn't actually supposed to be plain, it is supposed to be more like what is in that video. Well you learn something new everyday! Considering I used to make ramen in my coffee pot in college, this is a whole new world for me . I looked up recipes on Google, and now I am on a mission to try real ramen . This pregnancy has me craving soups like crazy! It's so weird. I want pho all.the.time. I want pho all the time, my sister wants pho all the time. Neither of us are expecting, so I can only conclude this is normal.

We used to make food and freeze it all the time when I was growing up. Now everything is a lot more last minute now, but I have been learning how to make things quick, thanks be to God! I don't know if you were homeschooled or not but homeschooled kids are the slooooooooooowest eaters in the world. yes. meals take a full hour for my son it drives every single adult insane he's just not that into food its "meh" compared to everything else he wants to do

We did try making a home version of Ramen Noddles once... We used Spaghetti noodles and a chicken/beef broth or "Better than Bullion." It turned out okay, but the it wasn't quite the same... It is funny how when you grow up with something as a child, you often get very attached to it!
