My husband likes to read his blog from time to time. I used to make breakfast burritos For the freezer, but I haven't in forever! My sister made some with a green onion sausage that was really good. I need to make some again. I also like to make sausage, cheese, and english muffin sandwiches for make ahead breakfasts.....haven't done that in awhile, either, though.

Lots of laughter... We actually had Ramen noodles for lunch today, along with some stir fried chicken and veggies! (I like the way the picture moves!)

Without having a timed limit of how long one can eat (like schools do), we did tend to be rather slow! Were you homeschooled or did you homeschool your kids?

I currently homeschool. 16 more years ahead of me at least.

The trouble with the seasoning packet is that it is loaded with MSG which is an excitotoxin. Read what Dr. Russell Blaylock has to say about them. Here's a link with some more info: link

(I like the way the picture moves!) Yeah, that's the fanciest bowl of ramen I've ever seen....mine doesn't look like that when I cook it

We use soy sauce (Tamari or liquid aminos work too), curry paste, sesame oil, a dash of fish sauce, broth, shredded chicken if we have it, and green onions. Some of the kids and I like it with Sriracha too. I use about 1/4 of the spice packet if doing it plain, but you can always use chicken broth and a bit of water to stretch it. Ramen on isn't actually supposed to be plain, it is supposed to be more like what is in that video.

Considering I used to make ramen in my coffee pot in college, this is a whole new world for me . I looked up recipes on Google, and now I am on a mission to try real ramen . This pregnancy has me craving soups like crazy! It's so weird. I want pho all.the.time.
