Hello.
Here are some of the best movies I know that are not, at least in my opinion, damaging to our soul or against the Catholic morals:
A Brighter Summer Day - Yang, Edward; 1991; Drama - Warnings: Use of harsh language; violent death; presence of blood; use of alcohol;
The Exorcist - Friedkin, William; 1973; Horror - Warnings: Use of harsh language; violent death; presence of blood; blasphemy (done by a Demon, so condemned by the movie)

A Man for All Seasons -
Zinneman, Fred; 1966; Drama - Warnings: None
Also everything by Tarkovsky, Ozu, Dreyer and Bresson, but be sure that you like their style, which Paul Schrader called "transcendental cinema". It's extremely slow and contemplative.
