The following is the scanned page of the Decree of the Sacred Congregation of Rites, approved by Pope Pius XII, promulgating the law establishing the Feast of St. Joseph the Worker, from the Acta Apostolicae Sedis, vol. XXIII, no. 5, April, 1956, p. 237.

(Comment: Surprisingly, this decree was not anywhere online with the exception of the Acta, so I was able to find it in the volume, and I scanned it for this forum. Also, I could not find a translation online, so I ran it through Google Translate, which is imperfect but gives a fairly close translation, enough to understand the document.
