Hi. Have you read the book by the sedevacantist writer, Mary Ball Martinez, The Undermining of the Catholic Church? In the book, Martinez writes that the reason that young Angelo Roncalli was dismissed from a teaching position at the Lateran University is that Roncalli was teaching the Anthroposophy theories of Rudolf Steiner, the Austrian occultist. The conventional view (e.g. Peter Hebblewaite) of the reason for Roncalli's dismissal is that he was accused of teaching Modernist theories. My question is, does anyone know the basis of Martinez's belief that Roncalli was teaching Steiner's theories? She doesn't provide a citation and I can't find anyone else who makes this claim. Does anyone know where I might look for more information about the dismissal of Roncalli from his teaching position?

Mary Ball Martinez was my aunt. I know little about the subject of your inquiry. My father, William Bentley Ball, predeceased her and I have none of her papers. She has a son, Michael Martinez, living in Italy, who may have maintained her writings. He can be reached at udra@protonmail.com. I do not know him well and am not sure if he would be receptive to your inquiry.
