I know of one person who is a caller on our Rosary Conference telephone and she insisted on staying. She is on the East side just above Miami. She attends Mass at a mission under Bishop Sanborn. I pray that this mission area which is just a rented location on Sundays will be spared since the Mass is offered there and angels are always present where the Mass is offered. I pray it will not be destroyed and will be instead Divinely protected. Jose is the next hurricane out there and it is thought by those calculating to reach New York.

Then pray Jose doesnt make it because that would cause a flood on my house in PA

Praying for Sbyvl.
My sis is there, I asked about her plans and she sent me a video where she was eating a donut and I told her I didn't care anymore. But I am praying for her at least that he house doesn't flood. She does appear to be somewhat out of way, but I am sure she will lose power.

Mysterium FideiThese situations are so terrifying, because the opportunity for evacuation is very short. After a certain point, exit roads are closed and curfews imposed, to prevent thousands of people being stranded in their cars when the hurricane strikes. This likely is happening anyway. But the course of any weather pattern can change suddenly. Hard to say until it's over whether the people who got out early were wise or cowards. And not everyone has a place to go, or can afford to travel. I lived through several earthquakes while living in California, and those are even more scary because to date, no one has discovered a reliable way of predicting them. You hear all the scientific data afterward. I am praying an extra rosary today for all concerned, including the emergency personnel who are assisting.

I have friends down there, and the last I heard, 10 hours ago, they still had power. I hope everything turns out alright for them and everyone else.

I finally heard from my friend who lives right on the East side of the coast, minimal damage but no power, she called Bishop Sanborn and he told her the seminary there suffered minimal damage also, otherwise everything was alright.
