I add in greens like tatsoi, bok choy, or spinach if we have them, but usually it is just sliced green onions and leftover chicken. The kids also like to add soy sauce and Sriracha.

What a great idea. I'm going to make this soon. We ate this this morning over scrambled eggs. It was great, I highly recommend! A perfect Friday breakfast.

Marya, I made these today. They are great! They are TOOOO good. I have to control myself sometimes. You are not alone, lol. I'm finding the carrot sticks to be particularly penitential when these are around. Good thing I left out the chocolate chips.

Clotilde, your cupcakes look wonderful. I bet they were a hit. I'm very excited and wondering now what else I might use for flavorings. I'm hoping to break out my new dehydrator soon.

What kind of dehydrator did you get? I have a nessco- it's a cheaper one, but it works well. I wish it were bigger, though. If I had one that held 5x as much, I'd still use every bit of space in it during the summer.

I am just waiting to finish a project I have going so I can use the table. I really don't want to put it on the counter.

This isn't food but I wanted to share it because it's been wonderful for my family. Homemade laundry detergent. It costs less than 2.00 to make, and gives me 125 loads per batch. www.budget101.com/content.php/3993-Whipped-Cream-Super-Laundry-SoapHands down, this is my favorite DIY household cleaner. Why, you ask? 1) It's incredibly economical 2) I know exactly what ingredients are being used and I don't have to worry about the nasty chemicals found in the popular store brands. 3) It works well. It's actually the most effective laundry soap I've used to get clothes clean. It's great for pre treating, too. 4) it gives the laundry a wonderfully fresh scent, even though it's technically not scented. 5) It's relatively simple and straightforward to make. It doesn't take much time. Follow the directions exactly and it'll come out well. I made a gallon of this today which is why I thought to post it. If you miss the scent, but don't want to use chemicals you could put essential oils on wool dryer balls and toss them into the dryer during the last few minutes. My favorite scent is grapefruit lavender.

I use the same stainless steel pot I use for cooking and use an immersion blender. I just wash them both really well.

Does anyone have some slow cooker recipes they'd like to recommend? I've Started a routine of doing my cooking and meal prep for the next day after the babies have gone to bed because I find it much less stressful keeping up with them when I don't have to worry about cooking during the day. I'm running out of different ideas.
