I don't understand why Siscoe and Salza did not submit this work to their local ordinaries for review and approval before publishing.

I am really glad these are going up.
Did anyone affiliated with the SSPX actually read the whole thing in its final form? Also, it said that McCall was a lawyer or a professor of law? Did I miss something? Does he have any other qualifications that would make him uniquely qualified to review TOFP?
