I had a Catholic facebook friend who wanted to talk to me in person about my position vis vis the sedevacantists and the Church. He was calling from NICARAGUA and we can call him Antonio for this discussion. Using FB messenger calling I recorded the following hour-long discussion with him and myself. I thought it was really in depth and a good talk for anyone to hear (please feel free to link or share) about the crisis. The sound quality isn't the best considering I recorded it over a speakerphone. I wish to state a proviso. I did not nor DO I hold myself as an expert on the specific or general topic of the Faith. I was speaking extemporaneously with no notes and off the cuff. If I said anything erroneous or just wrong I absolutely will accept correction. This talk represents my personal opinions only and do not necessarily represent anyone elses opinion on this forum. These links are in order 1-6 so open them accordingly top to bottom. They are approx 10 min sections in order... of the single conversation... and I did it this way because of the limitations on my clyp it account.

I finished listening today. Your response was very good to this gentleman, especially highlighting the teaching of St. Pius X on how Catholics must treat and react to the Pope, and how this teaching cannot be applied to Francis or any other papal claimant since Paul VI. I think one of the man’s points, about how we can be sure we are right about our private judgement that these papal claimants are heretics was a good point. It is not easy to make a judgment on our own without the benefit of authority, and it is easy to doubt ourselves as to whether we are correct. The best explanation of the principles involved in this, and it applies to all suspected heretics, not just the papal claimants, was penned by John Daly 18 years ago, “THE RIGHT TO JUDGE HERESY, CAN PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS RECOGNISE SOMEONE AS A HERETIC BEFORE THE DIRECT JUDGMENT OF THE CHURCH?” linked HEREThis article explains how this can be done, the dangers of doing this, and how those dangers can be avoided, and would be good for Antonio to read to digest these complex principles. Keep the podcasts coming, they are very good, especially this one. Antonio in essence represents the concerns of tens of millions of others who are just like him, who do not know how to get to get answers to figure out what is happening in the Catholic Church. This is an even bigger issue, in my opinion for young men, like him, who have only seen the Novus Ordo, the counterfeit, and have never witnessed the real Church.

Unfortunately, the chances of him taking action on that and attending Mass are zero to none. Latin America is not a good place, bar Brazil, for the Tridentine Mass.

Thanks for the John Daly´s article. I will read it and if I find it attached to the Catholic doctrine I will even translate it to Spanish to spread it. Thanks to Vox and all of you brothers from this forum. Remember to pray for me and for the Church, I´ll pray for you.
