How does this text (see image attachments) not support the home alone position?

How does this text (see image attachments) not support the home alone position? There is no contradiction so long as the minimalist traditionalist position is maintained. The traditional priests must not assert an office in the Catholic Church, or pretend to have the powers of such an office. The traditional priest simply answers the request of the laity to provide the sacraments, nothing more. If it goes beyond this, then yes, there is an issue with usurpation.

If you have any further reading on the minimalist traditionalist position I would be glad to read it so I can understand that position better.

I don't have any further reading using this specific term, but I can sum it up: the minimalist position is that the traditionalist priests are only providers of the sacraments and do not, and cannot usurp any offices of the Catholic Church, and by that do not assert any jurisdiction over Catholics, and therefore are not usurpers. This was always the position of Catholic priests during this crisis beginning in the 1970's until things "evolved." Further, traditional Catholic priests do not claim a mission in the Catholic Church and solely rely on canons 2261 and 2284 for their justification for their administration of the sacraments.
