How much longer do you have before you can retire and leave them behind you? Have you always been a traditional Catholic? God bless! Rita

Thanks for all the replies. I will happily share a lot of stories from the public schools. I still have 10 years left.. although I am always looking for opportunities to move out of this career. As for my username zebtax.... "zeb" is short for the town I live in Zebulon, nc. And the "tax" is short for taxidermy.. I do some taxidermy work on the side and for a hobby.
To answer one question.. no, I have not always been a traditional Catholic. I have gone the long way round.. novus ordo, protestant, novus ordo, protestant, novus ordo and then traditional.. which is where I am staying permanently and have been for a long while now... in between those religion changes above it was intermingled with very worldly pursuits.
I am a sedevacantist..as a matter of fact I have two priests staying here with me last night. We are about to have a mass.. which is so very rare for us. They are passing through looking for a place to settle. We will be looking at property later on today. But there are so few traditionalists of any stripe in the eastern NC area that I fear a small community would not be sustained here if they tried.
Out of curiosity.. if I do a quick reply here, does everyone who has responded to me above get a notification and see this? Or do I reply to each individual directly?

I grew up novus ordo, but am grateful to have been a trad in practice since I was 17. It has been a tough journey though since none of my family members are traditional Catholics. That is SO GREAT about having a couple priests stop by your place! May I ask who they were? You can respond individually or singly. However you like.

After mass they had no time, we had to look for a property a couple hours away and then they had to leave. I really want to find a list of ALL the traditional Catholics in the greater Raleigh/Durham area of North Carolina who are either Sedevacantist OR who if they are not, do not have a problem attending mass with a sedevacantist priest. We are trying to set up either a regular circuit here in the area OR a permanent chapel and home for the two priests. I am trying to help find people of like mindedness (for this, and so I could have an actual live Catholic friend.. it is difficult in the wilderness!)

They have plenty of time for FaceBook and that is run by an anti Catholic Jew...just saying not trying to offend. The forums are better suited for the Fathers because we will protect and respect them from trolls FB cant promise that.
