I'm married with one child.
The duty of my state in life is to raise my child, giving her the Catholic faith. (my daughter is now almost 25 and living on her own).
And the rest? Feed them? Is it to keep a clean house? (uh oh) Not engage in so many outside activities that I can't fulfill my duties?

Your duties would be first to your husband, which would be whatever you need to do to take care of him and your marriage. It is really hard to define what the general role would be as far as household because we all have different levels of comfort and expectations regarding cleanliness. We also have time restrictions based on other obligations.
A second obligation would be to pray for your family, but generally daily duties come first before extra prayers. For example, if you can only do one thing: Iron your husband's shirt which he requested or pray an extra rosary--you should iron the shirt because he needs it and he asked you to do it for some good reason. Ironing the shirt would be more pleasing to God in this case.
Third, next would be adult children, of course praying for them but also being available for any spiritual or temporal needs. Basically helping your children, setting an example, and loving them. If you are able, you would generally try to steer them towards a vocation and help them with regards to courtship or marriage.
Another would be be to any grandchildren, to help the parents in any way possible.
One more duty would be to our parents, making sure they have care when they get old and that they are buried as Catholics, if they are of our Faith.
If time permits, another duty would be to do good works. You don't necessarily have to go out and look for them. First and foremost, we should look after our fellow Catholics. Helping a mom at mass with a toddler, helping a poor family with gas money to travel to mass, cooking a meal for a priest, etc. In our towns, if there is good to be done, such as donating diapers to a women's shelter or taking a meal to an elderly neighbor, we can do it as part of good works, if it does not interfere with our other duties.
It it is a fairly general thing, not necessarily one-size-fits-all. Our lives as Catholics are not cookie cutters of one another.

It is one of my all time favorite books explaining the duties of a Catholic mother and wife. It makes a great wedding gift.
