A correspondent has written me on the subject of mass attendance during this crisis, and I will post my answer below in response to this question that keeps coming up, over and over again.

I stand by what I have written in the above posts. I have always believed and continue to believe that Catholics must strive to attend mass during this crisis at any valid mass they can find in which there are no good reasons why this valid mass must be avoided.
There are some made up reasons spread by sectarian leaning NUCS that masses said by validly ordained priests who believe the Catholic Faith must be avoided because the priest prays for the undeclared antipope in the mass.
These are made up ideas, created by either the persons involved or their so called "leaders" and are false. The Catholic teaching is more lenient than what these pretenders portray, and Catholics should avail themselves of the sacraments by priests who do not believe in the tenets of the sect, who are validly ordained, and who demonstrate by their Faith, that they remain united with the Catholic Church and not the new sect.
If a validly ordained priest who uses the Catholic rite, East or West, believes that the current undeclared antipope is the legitimate Pope, but at the same time it is clear that priest only desires to remain Catholic and believes in the Catholic Faith, not the new beliefs of the sect, then Catholics may certainly partake of the sacraments from him. This situation will remain the status quo until the status of the antipope is made certain by the authority of the Catholic Church, the Pope.
It is also permissible to attend a mass of an undeclared heretic, but this is beyond the scope of this post, as I am only dealing with priests who are validly ordained, who continue to believe the Faith, and are not in any way knowingly joining a sect. Such priests are easily found in the SSPX, among the independent priests who say mass at many independent chapels, and also many are easily found in the Eastern rites.
