Greetings!
Though it won't suprise anyone who already knows me, a little about me: I have an extremely wide variety of interests; I try to take interest in everything. I'm laid back and easy-going. My latest interest is mushroom growing.
I don't really know what else to say. I find introductions awkward. Ask me a question and I will answer it. Maybe.

I will say that I have the utmost respect for this woman and nobody better show her the least bit of disrespect. She is also the go to moderator for all Women members...I am not comfortable as a man chastising or banning women (although I will if I have too...heres looking at you Jayne). clotilde ( I get to call her that...no one else lol) will be addressing all the females needs as she has time to. Dont get on her bad side because one word from her and I will drop the banhammer.

This is the first time I have seen a Lady Moderator! What a great idea! And I TOTALLY understand about introductions being awkward! Do you really grow mushrooms? Like Kombucha or Portabella?

I need to gather a few supplies but I will be inoculating some logs soon for shiitake and making a bed for wine caps. Not sure about oysters yet. Hopefully, if not, there is always next year. I've been researching it for about four years and I went to a class about two weeks ago.

I am always amazed to hear what different talents people have been gifted with!

Growing mushrooms is an excellent idea. Do morel's grow where you live? The season for them is fast approaching. I hope to find some this year! When I pick one, I shake it drop the spores for next year.

When I pick one, I shake it drop the spores for next year. They do and they don't. The problem is that the types of woods in the immediate area are not comprised of the right kinds of trees. We have them in other areas, but not here.
