Are there any valid eastern rite priests or bishops who hold to the sedevacantist position?

Thank you very much, are there any sources other than this article on this priest. Like is his parish location known, or is there any way to contact him? Would you know about any other priests as well?

Hi Monk,
I believe, Fr. Kudryavtsev relies on help/support from Bp. Dolan. From the article that I quoted (and another one I recently read), there is another (sedevacantist) Ukrainian Catholic priest - a Fr. Roman.
I first found out about Fr. Kudryavtsev from my occasional reading of sgg.org. Then I searched Ukrainian language sources online. From the latter information , I think that Fr. Kudryavtsev used to be a Ukrainian Catholic parish priest in Eastern Ukraine but then left due to the dangers of the conflict with Russia. Why he wasn’t reappointed to another parish in Western Ukraine by the Ukrainian hierarchy or if his adoption of the sedevacantist thesis played a role - I do not know.
The best suggestion I can make is to contact the folks at SGG to find out more.
I would be interested in anything you can find out. I originally came from Eastern Europe and I still keep an interest in the situation there with respect to (Traditional) Catholicism.

Hi Thommie, I know he is on twitter- URL: mobile.twitter.com/FrValerii. I think in one of his tweets, he mentioned that he was ordained as a priest in the Russian Orthodox Church. Obviously since his ordination he has converted to the Catholic Church. I could not find any details about his conversion or if he was ever incardinated into the Ukrainian Catholic Church.

Thank you very much Wenceslav, I am interested in the oriental rite, I am not at all familiar with these rites, I am in a process of study and it is very difficult to know if it is heretic or not even though almost everyone speaks other languages, I speak Spanish. In my country there are no Orientals, only Orthodox and the FSSPX, so I only study it in case I ever move to a place where they can exist, but I have seen that the subject is very complex.

I've interacted with Fr Valerii in the past. Unfortunately his training includes a lot of self-study and he hasn't completed a formal single course of seminary training, having gone from the Eastern Orthodox Schismatics, to Eastern Rites to SSPX and back again. One of the seminaries was "underground." I think the longest he trained formally with any one group was under 3 years. I understand he fled the Ukraine and was put up by some Irishmen, but things weren't working out well for them even though they had no Sede priest there previously.
