This is an alleged transcription of a signed consecration certificate by Archbishop Thuc. It was posted on the blog of Bishop Pat Buckley, a Thuc-Gómez-Broadbery-Cox line bishop. Buckley does not provide the original, so this would have to be verified. I highlighted the names to make it easier to read.
