Lots of milk. We drink whole, raw milk. Lots of Greek yogurt during lent. One reason for having a lot of milk on hand is because we make our yogurt. All of the ingredients for homemade granola. Another reason for extra milk on hand, because I eat it like cereal. Tuna Lots of fruit and veggies. I'll admit- lent is the only time of year I'll buy fish sticks. Terrible for you, I know, but they're good every once in awhile. Eggs Cheese We eat a lot of banana pancakes during lent. I'm just now realizing this.

My husband is the only one in the family who is required to fast so we don't buy too many different things, since he eats his little meals at work. A few more tuna packs. More cottage cheese. Extra cheese sticks. More canned fruit (I'm not good/smart enough to can my own:()
