I attend the SSPX chapel, but I also would attend an Eastern rite, an Catholic priest ordained in the old rite by a bishop consecrated in the old rite; and the SSPV. I would not attend an "indult" Mass, because the celebration of the tridentine rite is not subject to an "indult" and neither is it the "extra-ordinary" form of the Church alongside the "ordinary form" (N.O.M.)

I believe the ideal place to go to Mass is to a priest with a lawful commission from the Church. That is always my first choice. In my opinion, Catholics are almost always better off with those who possess a mission from God, rather than a mission-less priest. When we unite ourselves with known members of the apostolic hierarchy, and the priests sent by them, we are placing ourselves in the safety net of God's approved succesors of the Apostles. Even if they may be misguided on some points, I still think, overall that we are safer with approved shepherds, rather than being on our own or looking to unapproved priests who are equal in stature to fellow laymen.
If it is impossible to find such a priest, then I would avail my rights under canon 2261 and would go to CMRI or some independent priests that I am sure about, based on a case by case basis. I may consider SSPX, also, on a case by case basis.
I would not go to any other groups or many independent priests.

Has a priest who had been ordained in the new rite ever come through St. Mary's? If yes, what did you do in that situation? Are there enough priests and Masses there you could go to Mass by someone else?

There have been priests that have been ordained in the New rite, but they have not celebrated Mass at the main altar. If the SSPX were to bring in such a priest as one of our regular chaplains, I would not assist at his Mass, and I would only receive communion from a cyborium consecrated by a certainly valid priest. I hope it never comes to this; but there is also the option of the resistance Mass twice a month.

Fr. Zendejas is the one that comes here now. Fr. Hewko was coming here before.

I voted for everything except stay home. But there would be an order in which I would choose where to go.

I don't even know what SGG stands for. With every day that passes, I feel more uncomfortable w/recognize and resist. Seems to me that Bergoglio might solve that dilemma for me. I think that he will force every Catholic to declare with his church or not. I'm hoping that my particular Priest will say not. He is Catholic so I'm optimistic. I will have to do more research on the Eastern rites because there are two in driving distance. I just don't like the listing on the Diocesen website, that's Bergoglio and I am fleeing from that guy, at this point.

Erica, SGG is the acronym for St. Gertrude the Great mass center near Cincinnati, Ohio run by Bp. Dolan and Fr. Cekada and their small network of priests, and by extension, you could add Bp. Sanborn and his priests as they to some extent work together. Whether you decide to go to a Ukrainian rite regularly, it may not be a bad idea to just go from time to time, make a connection with the priest, learn the customs of the rite, so that if you lose your other situation, you will have a good place to fall back on.

Pacelli - There is a Ruthenian Church in the area in which I live. I plan on going there to compare it to the Ukranians. Do you any info on the Ruthenian Church which you could share or post on the resource section?

I am by birth Ruthenian and up to about 7 years ago that is where my family and I attended...the main problem with the Ruthenians is they are too cozy with the orthoducks. Other than that the Parishes and Liturgys are generally good folk...they also make better nut rolls and bread compared to the Ukranians.

Voxx - I don't know very much, if anything, about the "orthoducks". However, the "nut rolls" and "bread" sound good. How are their perogies???
