Note to reader: The article gives a thorough and brilliant explanation of Catholic teaching on the indissolubility of marriage, and in particular focuses in on and gives a detailed analaysis of Our Lord’s teaching as written in Matthew 19:9.
I place this article in the apologetics section, as the article refutes sectarian interpretations of Matthew 19:9, and defends the Catholic teaching that marriage is indissoluble and if adultery in a marriage happens, the aggrieved party may separate, even in perpetuity, but may not divorce, as the marriage bond cannot be broken.
Since this teaching is being publicly doubted or denied by those professing to be Catholic, it is now even more important and expedient for Catholics to understand this doctrine and defend it. For further reading, I also urge readers to also read “The Teaching of the New Testament on Divorce”, parts I and II, Fr. Hugh Pope, ACQR, 1903, linked HERE

Clotilde: We got a new St. Nicholas statue and I was very pleased with the quality! I buy gold coins at Aldis for the shoes and usually they get new clothes or some PJs. We went to DL for the feast.

Marya Dabrowski: Gold coins are a good idea. My kids only got gum or tic-tacs or a couple pieces of chocolate. I wish the toddler would have not been one of the first ones up to keep digging through everyone's shoes.

Pacelli: I looked into Taylor years ago, and I am not convinced about the validity of his line,, so I do not advise anyone to go to those who received orders through his line.

carloscamejo: Some prelates seem to let anyone be "consecrated" a bishop, it seems. If one had made up that they went to med school and presented themselves as a doctor, no sane person would allow you to toy with someone's physical health like that.
