Our gardening season is almost over here in AZ, getting into the 100s now. We picked the last of our spinach and kale. Tomatoes were lousy this year, blossom end rot Any ideas to overcome that?

Wow, our gardening season seems like it's just beginning. Spring vegetables are in full force, but we just got tomatoes in the ground.
Blossom end rot seems to be a very common problem and we anticipate it most years. We sprinkle a couple teaspoons of bone meal powder around the base of each plant. You can also put some in the hole you plant it in.

If we don't get our tomato plants in by February it gets too hot for them to produce. My MIL (may her soul rest in peace) used to love coming down from WI in winter for a visit and getting fresh greens from the garden

I meant to say tablespoons instead of teaspoons, Marlelar.
Fresh greens are the best! Our patch of lettuce and spinach is doing very well this spring. Our friends are enjoying it too! I hear beet greens are tasty, but I've never tried it. I've been looking at my patch of beets, wondering if I should try it. I should stop thinking about it and do it, lol.
